Age: 56
Job now: CEO, Xerox
Recruiters say she's young, experienced and looks ready to leave. Mulcahy took over the top spot at Xerox in 2001 after spending her entire career at the Norwalk, Conn.-based company. Recruiters point to her hand-picked successor Ursula Burns as evidence Mulcahy could take a new challenge. It's a long shot, but did someone say Yahoo?
