The Regal GS is officially labeled as a "show car" -- for now. GM won't say it will actually produce the GS, but it's a fair bet that this car could be in dealerships before too long as GM tries to rework Buick's image away from cars fit for retirees.
The all-wheel-drive Regal GS has a 255-horsepower turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine and a six-speed manual transmission. It also has 20-inch wheels and a race car-style flat-bottomed steering wheel.
The Buick Regal -- although not the GS -- is expected to go on sale in the spring.
