This high-powered version of the two-door Cadillac CTS Coupe, itself just unveiled at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November, will officially be shown in Detroit next week.
Besides lacking back doors, the CTS-V also has a slightly wider rear track than the four-door CTS-V. It's also two inches shorter in both length and height.
It has the same 6.2-liter 556-horsepower V8 engine, though, and the same choice of six-speed manual or automatic transmissions. GM promises a zero-to-60 time of just under four seconds.
