No matter the position, a passion for care giving is a must. Even if the position never involves physically touches a patient, every job impacts patient care. For the clinical side of our operations, we require licensed or certification where necessary. We have strong clinical training programs for the more novice professional. Our transformation to electronic health records requires a more advanced skill set, particularly in the IT positions.
Any secrets to impressing your recruiter? We're always very impressed with candidates who take the time to learn something about the organization before coming in. Given the constant state of movement that is healthcare, we are looking for candidates that demonstrate their ability to react and respond quickly.
