Specializing in flash data storage, SanDisk's products are used in a variety of devices: USB drives, digital cameras, and mobile phones among others. As it moved from 2009 into 2010, the company benefited from the end of the recession as consumers whipped out their cameras, cell phones and plethora of other devices that use the company's memory chips.
