Deep breaths. If you've got a short fuse, there's an app to assist you. EDB Media's Personal Power Path Anger Management app takes you through a six-week program, offering up instructional videos, daily motivational messaging, and community support. Launched in September, the app isn't cheap -- it's $19.99 -- but promises to help you find your inner zen.
"We priced the app higher than most apps in the marketplace because it is not a game or a toy, but is being used by serious people who commit to getting their anger under control," says spokesman Ed Bahn. "If it were priced lower or for free, potential users may not believe that it would really work for them."
If you'd rather embrace your rage, there's always Angry Birds. Millions of people have discovered the joys of flinging a flock off pissed-off avians at the evil pigs who have stolen their eggs. After invading smartphones and tablets everywhere, the game moved to the Web this week, launching a free version for Google's Chrome browser.
