(MONEY Magazine) – Swelling assets, which have long plagued small-cap funds, are starting to affect the big guys. To slow inflows, Vanguard raised the minimum investment to $10,000, up from $3,000, on the $41 billion Wellington fund and the MONEY 65's Windsor II, which, at $44 billion, is Vanguard's largest actively managed fund.
