Florida-based Tech Data, the world's second-biggest reseller of software and other IT products, took a hit as it restructured its ailing European division. The company blamed lackluster results in Europe, where it lost $157 million last year, on poor management. A deal with Motorola last year to sell its products in Europe may turn things around.
