1963 Corvette "Rondine" concept Sold for: $1.6 million Commissioned by Chevrolet for the 1963 Paris Auto Show, the "Rondine" was created by famous Italian car design firm Pininfarina. The original Corvette's pop-up headlights have been replaced by fixed lights with movable "eyelids" over them. The car has a 5.4-liter V-8 engine and a 4-speed manual transmission.
