Robert Moehling has grown exotic produce in Florida City, Fla., for more than 40 years. He recently started selling red dragon fruit, a product of night-blooming cacti. Rich in antioxidants, its flesh feels like watermelon and tastes like a mix of kiwi, raspberries, and strawberries.
