Here's where we rank currently on jobs, personal income, personal savings, industrial production and home prices.

On only one measure -- savings -- did the U.S. improve from where it was a few months ago, and two of them -- industrial production and home prices -- have bottomed out to be the worst they've been in recent history.

No surprise we're feeling bad.
