After graduating from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business in 2005, Jordan Metzner and Sam Nadler planned to start a real estate investment fund in Buenos Aires. Instead, they launched the California Burrito Co. Linger over a Corona and a beef-and-black-bean burrito at their downtown restaurant, or head north to their other eatery, in the bohemian Palermo neighborhood, and enjoy the open-air rooftop bar. The business partners aim to build at least six new locations by the end of the year.
