Tiled baths are always popular and Boscarino really took that to an extreme. He embedded a million pieces of broken stone and tile in the walls and floors of the bath.
The wall wave is reminiscent of Japanese woodcut prints. He made four stained-glass windows, which represent phases of life (and death), filter and color outside light, and give the room a healthy glow. The fixtures, like the bidet and the spa tub, introduce a note of modernity.
"It's the one room in the house where people are really thrilled," said Boscarino.
Internet millionaire, Tom Gonzales, is selling his sprawling Lake Tahoe compound for $50 million. Besides the stellar views, the estate has one other key selling point: An underground garage that can house 30 cars.
