Why we chose it: At the undergraduate level, the Eller College of Management offers an honors track in social entrepreneurship, which includes independent study and a course that requires students to formulate viable business ideas, based on academic research in the field. During their final semester, students turn these ideas into business plans. The school's graduate program includes a course called Entrepreneurial Principles and Environments, which is aimed at helping entrepreneurs develop tools to use when pitching startup ideas to social venture firms.
