The Oracle Group Vice President currently heads up sales for the company's software as a service CRM division, but she's in it for the long haul, having changed her responsibilities several times over her 14 years at the software giant to get experience across divisions and geographic regions (she spent four years in Latin America).
She's also involved in internal and external leader-grooming initiatives: She's one of 12 people on the executive steering committee for Oracle's Women's Leadership program, and was selected to take part in McKinsey's Centered Leadership executive development program for high-potential women leaders.
