What should applicants avoid in an interview?
I would say a specific snafu related to AmEx is if someone can't speak about their relationship capabilities. AmEx is a relationship culture, and if you come in and can't talk to me about how you build and leverage relationships, it's not going to work.
Any résumé advice?
