Ever wonder how a dinosaur sneezes? Or what it does when it's sleepy? You're about to find out. Caleb Chung and his robotics team at Ugobe are unleashing their latest creation this summer. An eerily lifelike camarasaurus, Pleo has 35 sensors and six processors that let it see, hear, feel, and respond to touch. It's the most hyped toy since the Furby (also Chung's), and at $300, it's bound to be on Christmas lists of gadget freaks of all ages. "Pleo," Chung says wistfully, "is an execution of a commonly held dream - that our creations will come to life and be our friends." --J.O.
