Employment is an important factor when it comes to choosing Money Magazine's Best Places to Live. These 25 counties have experienced the most job growth over the last six years.

Commuters settled in lovely Barrow County as a launching pad to get to the Atlanta-area job centers but are now finding their home the sometimes unwilling recipient of ancillary growth from their more congested neighbors. Textiles once dominated the local economy, but no more as housing and retail take over amid the prolonged population boom. Two massive highway projects will help support further growth.
