San Francisco's 20-minute fireworks display will showcase 3-D cubes and silver-tentacled jellyfish bursting to life 12,000 feet in the air.

Pyro Spectaculars has worked the city's show for 50 years. Sales are up 5% but profits are down, says President Jim Souza. Because of rising costs for gas and materials, the company has been informing customers that it will raise its prices 5% to 30%.
