The medical products and services provider is the country's second largest drug distributor. Last July it was granted an exclusive partnership with Roche to produce Tamiflu, which is used to treat avian flu. In November, the company announced a $3.3 billion sale to Blackstone Group of its drug manufacturing division, which generated $1.8 billion in annual revenue. Company sales were up by 9% last year, but profits declined 5% due to competitive pricing in the drug industry.
