Jonathan Glatt's new Blush earrings -- depicting cherry blossoms in an abstract design - are made from Chinese coral and sterling silver. Glatt, 29, discovered his passion for jewelry and metal design while studying at Syracuse University, then completed the Rhode Island School of Design's jewelry and metalsmithing masters program, where he learned the business side of selling jewelry. In 2004, Glatt opened his own studio, 101 Jewelry Design, in Warren, R.I.  Money Magazine put together a panel of women ages 20 to 70 to sample 5 popular Valentine's Day chocolates.
