There's no better spot for pretty people-watching than Ian Schrager's lush lobby bar at the Delano in Miami. Surrounded by overstuffed chairs and floor-to-ceiling drapes, tanned travelers almost glow against the rose-colored walls and softly lit Venetian glass chandeliers.

Locals flood the scene on Tuesdays when party promoter Tommy Pooch turns it up a notch after 10pm. While the food menu is limited, the cocktails are extensive -- and expensive. The popular mango martini, a blend of vodka, mango puree and a splash of pineapple juice, is a whopping $15. But then again, this is South Beach.
