Living Room Spas Over the past two years, Peggy Wynne Borgman has tried to launch the first location of her low-cost spas, where boutique services and experiences are offered at value prices. But she has faced endless setbacks, including failing three times to trademark her company's name. Neither Tonic, nor Tapa, nor O'Live would go through. She finally got approval in November for Living Room Spas, and she is now trying to determine where her first store should be located.
