2 Goldman Sachs offers the Public Service Program which allows a select number of Vice Presidents and Managing Directors to take a paid leave of absence to work with a public service or charitable organization for six months to one year.

4 Staff are eligible for up to 40% of their normal salary for sabbaticals.
5 To provide employees with options, sabbaticals program was expanded to include a disaster-response mini-sabbatical and a skills-based mini-sabbatical that last for 3 weeks.
