Taking big strides on the greening of Wal-Mart, Dillman is spearheading environmentally friendly stores with 100% renewable energy. In January the world's biggest retailer launched the first of four high-efficiency (HE.1) stores, which are expected to be 20% more energy-efficient. She is also championing Better Health Care Together in partnership with the U.S. government to revitalize the American health-care system by 2012.
