A Lilly lifer, Connelly is on everyone's short list to be Big Pharma's first woman CEO. Connelly got her current job in June 2005. With 2006 revenues of $8.6 billion (up 10%), Lilly USA accounts for more than half of its parent's sales. Among the biggest growth drivers are Zyprexa, an antipsychotic that could reach $5 billion in sales this year, and Cymbalta, an antidepressant.
