I came in as a senior analyst in Houston. It was Halloween week and I learned quickly that Camden likes to have fun. Each department spent a week decorating and our department was the Addam's Family and I was Gomez. The first impression was great.
Now, I have a team of people that work for me but I think I'm just a member of the team. We work in a collaborative environment and we work well together. At the end of the day we leave with smiles on our faces. I learned that from the leadership here.
My wife and I just had a baby and they threw me this huge shower. They made my wife come in and we had fajitas, and everyone in the IT department chipped in and got me the biggest gift on our registry, our crib. I was psyched and my wife was like, 'this is a cool place.' I know I am lucky.
