Why we chose it: Graduate students can take entrepreneurship 101 from almost anywhere thanks to a course called Entrepreneurial Opportunity. The seven-week online class, which teaches students to apply the principles of entrepreneurship to their own areas of study, is offered twice each semester and has drawn journalism, law, and pharmacy students.
