Not only is this rising star the top female operator at GE, but she's the youngest SVP as well. In 2006, GE sold Begley's plastics business for $11.6 billion, and CEO Jeff Immelt handed her this new, tech-focused unit. Though GE's stock is down 36% this past year, she has delivered double-digit quarterly profit growth since taking the job.
