In April, United hired Boudreaux to run its largest division, which brings in $40.3 billion, or more than 50%, of total revenue. It's a huge move for Boudreaux, whose previous job at Health Care Service Corp. included oversight of Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans in four states. Her biggest challenge: stemming enrollment declines.
